Claim Resolved was requested to review a residential loss in Nebraska after the insurance carrier had made an initial settlement as loss below deductible. The cement tile roofing had multiple corner cracks, soft metals and skylights were dented, and interior water damage was identified throughout the residence.

  Upon receipt of our report the insurance carrier utilized the services of an engineering form to verify their initial inspection results.
• 
  Instead of standing by their denial, the carrier agreed that a covered loss was present and submitted a second estimate for approximately $80,000.00.
• 
  Claim Resolved provided an accurate estimate for $548,338.07. A site meeting was arranged with all parties present to discuss our report and estimate.
• 
   After this meeting, our full estimate was accepted, and work commenced. During the construction phase, additional hidden defects were uncovered, and a supplement was applied for.
• 
     To assist in streamlining the process as the job was in production, Claim Resolved utilized the services of an independent professional engineer. The supplement was approved for a total loss of over $650,00.00. no change just writen in keypoint
