The property owner of a large retail center requested Claim Resolved to represent them when their insurance carrier refused to provide an equitable settlement for hail damage. Their insurance carrier offered a little over $72,000.00 for storm damages, with the PA’s estimate at a little over five hundred thousand dollars. We conducted our own investigation and moisture scan of the properties.


  • Mutual inspection with carrier led to agreement that policyholder’s reports were more accurate.

  • ndemnification extended to policyholder for replacement of damaged building systems, totaling $369,594.14.

  • Additional funds available for necessary code upgrades, totaling $382,876.46.

  • Property owner finally able to repair buildings and satisfy tenants after months of delays.
