When a Public Adjusting firm needed an accurate and independent assessment of an extensive Home Owners Association claim, they reached out to Claim Resolved. We sent a team out and inspected each structure and roof on the policy. The prior inspection and estimates were found to have missing components, incorrect materials, and inaccurate measurements. After making these corrections, Claim Resolved brought the claim up to a total loss of $3,735,717.07!
